Tom concentrates on introducing projects to qualified US strategic partners, performing in-depth analysis of work requirements for the review by our partners in Asia and the US. Tom concentrates on introducing and managing projects with leading US advanced engineering, construction and technology companies, performing in-depth analysis of work requirements for our internal teams and our partners in the US and Asia.
Middle East Business Development Director
Our Director concentrates on identifying projects and providing our group's capabilities to project owners and client representatives in the GCC along with maintaining relationships with local partners.
George Wang
Taiwan Director
George, fluent in English and Mandarin, maintains an on-the-ground presence between our Taiwan, China and Middle East offices. As commercial and technical issues arise, George possesses the multi-disciplinary and cultural expertise to provide and see to it that real time solutions are executed.
Neil Bush
US Senior Advisor
Neil helps our group maintain high level relationships across our broad network of China, Taiwan and Middle East based partners. He advises our group on a range of matters involving cross-border relations between China and Taiwan; and connecting US companies with Middle East project owners.
Chie-Bang Hong
Senior Advisor, Railway Development Management
Mr. Hong, fluent in English & Mandarin, is an engineer with multi-disciplinary experience in railway development - conceptual design, project management, control system & E&M integration, contracting for tracks and stations, operations and maintenance. Mr. Hong has experience working with leading rail technologies spanning a range of configurations from APV through MRT and High Speed.
Professor Bao Guanjian
P.R.C. Senior Advisor Construction and Engineering
Professor Bao is an expert within China construction circles, supervising record breaking construction packages for many of the 2008 Olympic venues. Professor Bao, as a senior structural engineer, coordinated the development of the Shanghai World Financial Center and CCTV tower.

Chairman Tong-Liang serves as a special advisor to our group with years of experience in multi-faceted large public works projects. Chairman Tong-Liang has lead the development of the most efficient metro rail system in the world (Taipei Metro) from design development through operations and maintenance.
MT Kao
Senior Advisor Construction Management
MT Kao, fluent in English and Mandarin, has supervised large scale construction projects across multiple continents. Mr. Kao led the successful contracting forces from Taiwan into the Arabian Peninsula during the 1980s, completing some of the largest Asia civil and commercial works in the GCC, to date.

Vice-Chairman Chen, fluent in English and Mandarin, coordinates the support and leadership of all Taiwan based capacity partners. Philip overseas a team of business specialists that identify qualified partners across our network.

Sean, fluent in English and Mandarin, is an engineer with commercial experience. Sean provides detailed business support for our construction and engineering partners in mainland China and Taiwan.

Kristine manages the day-to-day accounting affairs of the organization along with a range of governance, internal control and financial surety arrangements for partner institutions involved in consortia projects.
